Seeing eye to eye

To be able
to see
and understand
another person’s
point of view,
is a great asset.

The biggest challenge
occurs,
when that point
of view,
contradicts
your own.

The importance
is not
in the contradiction,
it is in
your ability
to step outside
of your own beliefs.

To step beyond
your comfort zone,
to allow another
to voice
an opinion,
even if
at the same time,
you want to disagree.
